We Need More Women in Power

My Romanian friend Lucian is an amazing guy...

The last time I saw him (in Japan), he shared tributes to his wife (about whom he said: "I cherish every moment with her"), Georgette, his business partner in Interact (one of Romania's most successful training and development companies), and Romanian women in sports (who make him "proud I am from Romania").

But what I loved most was his comment that the world would be a better place if he had more women in positions of power:
