Janet Maykus is the engaging founding principal of the Seminarys College of Pastoral Leaders, or as she puts it, she's "in the God business - and not the mean God business."

Thanks to two grants from the Lilly Endowment, she is currently studying the dramatic shift in well-being among pastoral leaders; and explores what this learning may mean for all of us.
