Butchering Chickens at Kampar Market in Malaysia
When I visited the "wet" part of the Kampar market, I stumbled upon the poultry area where shoppers take their pick of live chickens, which are then slaughtered, plucked and packaged with clockwork-like efficiency.

2) Cut throat and put in blue barrel
3) Boil, boil, trouble and toil.....
5) Spin in de-feathering drum
6) Stir, pluck & clean
7) Ready to go !
