Susan notes: Maria Suarez spent 22 years in prison for hiding the table leg a neighbour used to kill the man who had sexually, physically and emotionally abused Suarez for five years after he hired her as a maid then kept her locked up in his home. She  is now an anti-trafficking spokeswoman.

Margaret Mead (December 16, 1901 – November 15, 1978) was an American cultural anthropologist, who was frequently a featured writer and speaker in the mass media throughout the 1960s and 1970s.

She was both a popularizer of the insights of anthropology into modern American and Western culture, and also a respected, if controversial, academic anthropologist.

We all lead busy lives. One minute we're managing an office, the next is our household, then our relationships and finally ourselves.

We barely have time to comb our hair in the morning, let alone tend to every little nuance throughout the day.

Despite how tired we may be, there is one aspect that will always need and deserve work (in the best way possible) - our sex life!

Susan notes: this is one of my all-time favourite movie scenes. It STILL cracks me up, even after dozens of viewings :); it's from the 1989 movie when Harry Met Sally starring Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal.

The scene is a classic: Harry and Sally, two "friends," are at a diner talking about (what else?!) relationships, and the talk turns to (what else!?), sex.
